Circle Square ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through circlesquareinnovations.com, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Booking details. When you book a consultation we collect your name, email address, what the meeting is about, any notes you add, the email addresses of guests you invite, and your time zone.
- Email. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you choose to include.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider and the services below receive standard request data such as your IP address and browser type. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
How we use it
We use your information only to schedule and hold the meeting you requested, to reply to you, and to follow up on that conversation. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:
- Cal.com — scheduling. Booking details are sent directly to Cal.com, which creates the calendar event and sends confirmations.
- Video conferencing (such as Zoom or Google Meet) — to host the meeting itself.
- Hostinger — website hosting.
- Google Fonts and Amazon CloudFront — delivery of fonts and video on this site.
These providers may store data outside Canada, in which case it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.
Retention
We keep booking and correspondence records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete them.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing canadacsi.inc@gmail.com. You can also cancel or reschedule a booking using the links in your confirmation email.
